Our truffles are found in the pristine forests of Zagori and Konitsa, at the heart of the Vikos–Aoos UNESCO Global Geopark. This extraordinary land, shaped by dramatic gorges, towering peaks, and flowing rivers, is renowned for its unique morphology. The coexistence of diverse microclimates and exceptional biodiversity creates an environment unlike any other, where the rich vegetation and varied landscape allow different kinds of truffles to grow.

The soil here is rich in limestone, a natural treasure that truffles love, making the region an ideal habitat for these culinary gems. Each hunt, guided by our loyal Lagotto Romagnolo dogs, is a journey through landscapes where tradition, nature, and flavor come together in harmony.

Know the people

We are truffle and mushroom hunters deeply connected to this land and its traditions. After studying at university, one in pharmacy and the other in environmental sciences, we realized that it is nature that truly draws us in, especially the nature of our villages and the area we love the most. First we started roaming in the forests and the unique nature of the area for the love of hiking and for mushroom foraging. Later after meeting our lovely Lagotto Romagnolo dogs, we began our truffle hunting adventure. With respect for the forest and the rhythm of the seasons, we carefully collect each truffle by hand. Our mission is to share with you not just a delicacy, but a piece of our heritage, the rare taste of Zagori and Konitsa, shaped by the magic of the Vikos–Aoos Geopark.
